Directions

From the North: Take I-65 South to Raymond Street exit. Go east (Left) on Raymond St. to Sherman Drive. Turn south (Right) on Sherman Drive. Proceed to Beech Grove Medical Center and turn right into surface area parking. The office is on the first floor, Suite 120, of the south building. (Note: Sherman turns into 17th St).

From the South: Take I-65 North to I-465 East. Exit I-465 at Emerson Ave. and go north (Left) to Albany Street. Turn west (Left) on Albany Street. Follow to 17th Avenue and turn north on 17th (Right). Proceed to Beech Grove Medical Center and turn left into surface area parking. The office is on the first floor, Suite 120, of the south building.

From the East: Take I-70 West to I-465 South. Exit I-465 at Emerson Avenue and go north (Right) to Albany Street. Turn west (Left) on Albany Street. Follow to 17th Avenue and turn North on 17th (Right). Proceed to Beech Grove Medical Center and turn left into surface area parking.
