Pain Management Center

The Pain Management Center offers comprehensive treatment options for patients in pain. This is an expansion of the prompt and technically proficient neurodiagnostic services previously offered by the Division of Neurodiagnostic Services.

The Comprehensive Pain Management Center is located at the Northwest office.

The major interventional diagnostic and therapeutic procedures offered in the Pain Management Center include:

• Epidural Steroid Injection (cervical, lumbosacral, caudal)
• Selective Nerve Root Block (cervical and lumbosacral)
• Trigger Point Injection
• Facet Joint Injection/Medial Branch Nerve Block (cervical and lumbosacral)
• Major Joint Injections (Sacroiliac/Knee/Hip)
• Epidural Blood Patch
• Lumbar Discography
• Radiofrequency Lesioning/Neurolytic Procedures/Rhizotomies
• Peripheral Nerve Block (Ilioinguinal, genitofemoral, femoral, lateral femoral cutaneous, intercostal, occipital, etc.)
• Sympathetic Block (stellate ganglion, splanchnic, celiac plexus, hypogastric plexus, ganglion of Impar)
• Implantation and management of implantable intrathecal or epidural infusion pumps (Baclofen, morphine, etc.)
• Spinal Cord Stimulation Trial and Implantation
