ER TRAUMA ADVANCED PRACTITIONER

DESCRIPTION
We have two immediate openings in our Allied Health Department for a Night Trauma Advanced Practitioner to cover our Methodist Hospital ER Call in Indianapolis, Indiana. The schedule for this position alternates between one 24 hour-week followed by one 56 hour week. This position will assist the On Call Neurosurgeon with ER Triage, Rounds, Patient Medical Records, and will Triage Patient and Staff calls.

QUALIFICATIONS
Qualified Nurse Practitioners and/or Physician Assistants must be eligible for an Indiana License and Board Certified. One year of previous critical care experience preferred but not required. Motivated applicants who are able to work well under pressure in the fast paced trauma setting will be most successful in this position.
